After evaluating the patient's teeth, we obtain 3-D images of their mouth using digital imaging systems. This is to formulate a customized treatment plan for the patient after considering their teeth position and severity of the malocclusion. These are sent to the lab to fabricate the complete series of clear aligners required to complete the treatment. 

In the subsequent appointment, the patient receives the aligners. We will explain how to use them and when to change them to the next set.
