Deanie, Hygiene Coordinator
Deanie's been in the dental field for 33 years. During that time, she's cultivated a genuine love for patients and a desire to help make each person a comfortable part of our About Smiles family. Originally from Bastrop, Texas, she grew up in Smithville. She and husband Jimmie like to fish, hunt and camp, as well as enjoy time with daughter Tanya, son Mike, and grandchildren Adrian, Austin and Alexis.

Maria, Hygiene Coordinator
Maria loves to see bright, cheerful smiles-and her 26 years in the dental field has equipped her to help make those happen. Maria moved to Austin at a very young age so she considers herself an Austinite. When she’s not working with us, she likes to spend time with her family; she also enjoys reading, hiking, playing tennis and jogging.

Connie, Office Manager and Financial Coordinator
Originally from Lubbock, Connie moved to the Austin area in 1989. She has been working in the dental field for 13 years and you’ll find that she can answer just about anything you need to know. When not at work, Connie loves spending time with her daughters and her granddaughter. She also enjoys reading, dancing, camping and Sunday afternoon football games.

Nicole, Registered Dental Hygienist
Nicole looks at her work with us as a perfect opportunity to help people smile, and keep on smiling…through excellent home hygiene care. Originally from Corpus Christi, Texas, she graduated from Del Mar College in Corpus, and likes to spend her free time working out, taking her dogs for long walks by the lake, and traveling.

Patti, Registered Dental Hygienist
Of course, Patti's main occupation with us is helping people learn to keep their smiles healthy; and after 22 years in dentistry, she knows just how to bring that about. And beyond that, she also manages to make friends with everyone along the way. A native Texan who grew up all over the world as an army brat, Patti later graduated from Baylor Dental Hygiene school and settled down to establish her career. When she's not with us, she and husband Robert travel, scuba dive, and browse for collectible antiques.

Celina, Dental Assistant
Boasting 20 years of experience in dentistry, Celina is an instrumental part of our team. Originally from Veracruz, Mexico, she's made herself right at home here in our practice, and knows just how to make people feel comfortable. Her joy in working with people is evident in all that she does with our patients; she especially appreciates helping them attain a healthy, happy smile. Outside of the office, Celina enjoys spending time with her family and cross-stitching.

Brenda, Dental Assistant
A native of Omaha, Nebraska, Brenda has worked in the dental field for five years. As you will see when you meet her, Brenda truly enjoys spending her time caring for people and helping them look their best. When Brenda is not smiling and laughing here at work she is having fun with her 2 daughters. Brenda also enjoys shopping, bowling and playing pool.

Laurie, Dental Assistant
Laurie has been in the dental field for 30 years. She enjoys the variety of patients and loves to make them feel at ease. She is active in Boy Scouts and enjoys camping, hiking and spending time with her two sons Nathan & Aaron.
